Which gateway do I need?

DSECURE for several devices at one location, serial equipment, or where protocol conversion is needed on site. DS NANO for a single USB device in a tight space. See the comparison, or ask us.

Is my equipment supported?

Choose “Is my equipment compatible?” above and give us the manufacturer, model and interface. We will tell you whether a driver already exists, or what a new integration would involve.

What is the difference between existing support and a new integration?

If a driver for your equipment is already in our library, we configure it for your site. If not, we build and test a new driver and cable against the real device, which is scoped and quoted as integration work. See drivers and integration.

Can I use a gateway without your software?

Yes, with DSECURE, which can run standalone on an open platform you configure, or as part of a solution with our management software. DS NANO and its software are supplied by us and our partners, so we agree the right setup with you.

Do you publish prices?

No. Configurations vary by device, site and software path, so each proposal is itemised for your project. See pricing, licensing and warranty.

What standards does DSECURE meet?

DSECURE is compliant with IEC 60601-1, EMC tested by UL to EN 60601-1-2, and ships with a power adapter compliant with IEC 60601-1. Details are on the DSECURE page; evidence is available to customers on request.
